Start life fresh tomorrow! Wake-up with a new attitude. If you don't have anyone to encourage you, encourage yourself. Start speaking and seeing yourself as you want to be rather than as you are.
Go ahead, write down your vision, write out the characteristics that describe the ideal you. Start tomorrow living with a renewed attitude matter of fact, start TODAY! Fake it, until you make it (a positive attitude & smile). All day start saying to yourself; I am somebody, my life is worth living, I am a child of the Most High God and He has a plan of prosperity & hope for my future! Smile as you say this! Say it 10 or more times. Say it every time the devil tries to steal your joy.
Know the devil is defeated. You just have to arise from your sleeping state and claim the victory. You may lose some battles but you WILL WIN THE WAR....
If you have strike on your job with a co-worker or a boss apologize
even if it is not your fault. My great Pastor once said he earned
respect of the people he respect, by first giving respect to the people
he respect, his elders and people in authority. Respect is to feel or
show honor or esteem, to show consideration or regard.
Being respectful is accepting direction or guidance from our superiors even when we disagree with the direction. Being respectful is when someone in authority (Pastor, parent(s), supervisor, someone in higher position than you, Police Officer) tell you something rather it is to correct a behavior, wrong doing or just for FYI is saying simply “Yes, I understand.”, “Okay, Awesome!” “Next time I will do that.”, “Not a problem”. Be very careful challenging people in authority. Sometimes less is more.
The more we say sometimes the more we dig ourselves into a deeper hole. Being humble is taking the blame when it is not our fault, and not taking credit for what is accomplished. Being humble is sometimes just being quiet and holding our peace. Know this HUMILITY comes before HONOR!

I
see you as a very talented, educated, creative, outgoing, bold, eager,
and beautiful God fearing woman! Don’t let anyone tell you different!
No man, no girlfriends, co-workers or etc. If a guy dares to judge you by your outward appearance be very wary because he is likely a bozo! A bozo focus on the external of a woman! A real man, a man worth having will exam your internal. A good man wants to know that you are a woman of noble character, a woman that is secure and confident, and a woman that has standards and won’t tolerate disrespect.
Being confident and secure is not how cute we think we are in the mirror. Being secure and confident is loving yourself just the way you are and not conforming who you are to please or satisfy other people.
If you want to wash your hair and blow dry it and go to work, do it. Do it in boldness and be proud about. If someone says something, stand up and say that’s my natural hair and I love every single curl in it and I am beautiful and confident with my curly puffy hair. Don’t let other people determine your standard of beautiful.
For many years I thought I was confident and secure in who I was as a woman and then I realized I would change who I was to please a guy. Wear make-up, not wear make-up, let my hair grow out, wear certain clothes just as I was directed.
NO, NO, NO, AND NO! I have my own mind! I don’t need some bozo telling me how to do me! Neither do you! If a man does that or tries to tear down your character it is because he is weak and insecure man and he want you to be weak and insecure. The devil is a liar! You are greater than that! You deserve more than that! If a man does not honor and respect you, he is a bozo and he is not worth your time. A man will have sex with a woman that is “beautiful” but men, great strong men, marry women they respect.

Below are a few links from youtube.com
that I wanted to share with you. Turn that darkness into light.
Pray and asks God to give you a new attitude. An attitude of hope, an
attitude of appreciation, an attitude of joy and peace. I love you Sis
and I believe in you. You got what it takes. Go get it!!!

Thank you! I really needed to hear this. I have suffered with low self-esteem for pretty much all my life (will be 25 in a few weeks)and I was never confident in who I am and never considered myself to be beautiful. Just a few months ago I have finally embraced my uniqueness and am striving to boost my confidence everyday. Reading this helps me a lot and I appreciate your encouraging words. Blessings! Brittany
