I always know when it is time to do
a detox because the clutter starts to stack up, I am not able to find things, I
have to start using my hubby’s closet space (doing now!).

Me Invading Hubby’s Closet! What Can I Say?
The last time I did this was around September of last year. I literally took everything out of my closet.
A Serious Fall Closet Detox! Life Ain’t Game, Nor is My Closet!
Throw away more stuff than I ever
did before. This was a sign of growth for me as I was finally willing to
let go of old useless things rather than holding on to them, thinking I could
not replace them or at least I did not want to go through the trouble of
replacing them.

Okay,
see what had happen was….Okay, just forget it! lol Okay, let me explain…I like these shoes. WHAT!
Beyond the physical space, just as
often if not more so, I have to detox my emotions, my relationships and just my
life! The crazy thing is that the physical space is always easier to
identify than the emotional or relationship space as with the physical space I
can see the clutter building up.
I know I am not the only one who
have old useless things cluttering my life, my emotions and my
relationships. We all carry this baggage, some people more than others.
But when it comes to our emotions or
our relationships it is not always easy to identify. Overtime I
have learned how to identify certain triggers and to open myself to hear from
God to find my peace. I have learned how to let go of old things so I can
make room for the new things. As long as you hold on to that old
relationship, those old clothes you haven’t wore in a year or more, those
feeling that if he change everything will be okay, you will never have room or
the emotional capacity to receive that man, new clothes, new job, new home and
anything else God is trying to bless you with.
I don’t want you to be hindered or
trapped with this bondage or baggage! It is time to release it out of our
lives once and for all. So I want to share a few tips to help you
identify this in your life.
- Have you been hurt in the past or rejected and the thought of it turns your stomach or seeing that person right now will turn your stomach?
- Have you been sexually involved with a man that is not your husband and you feel like a part of you had been stolen or you feel connected to him in a special way even through the relationship is over and have been over? This is a sign of having soul ties that needs to be broken.
- Have you been abandoned by your parent or other love one and have not been able to forgive them for what they have done to you or for not being their for you?
- Are you feeling overwhelm with the demands of life, things seeming out of order and you always feel like you are racing against time?
The 12 Day Emotional Release &
Restoration Challenge is threefold:
1.) Physical Space Detox: Choice
one space that just needs to be purged and reorganized. This can be your
office, your closet, your kitchen or bathroom cabinet.
2.) Relationship or Emotional
baggage: Identifying a past relationship or negative emotions that has been
holding you back. You are going to reflect and identify the issue, and release
it out of your life.
3.) Spiritual Renews: Seek
forgiveness, Repentance, and healing.
If you can relate to any of these
situations, we encourage you to join the Fabulous I Am Detox 12 Day Challenge
